I think there is a setting where you only allow your phone to update apps over wifi.

What happens if you disable "allow installation from unknown sources"?

It will allow you to install the apks downloaded other than Playstore !!

Have you tried factory reset? You could also try installing Malwarebytes frkm playstore

Yes I reset my phone twice and created a new I.D but it does not seem to help.... it also keeps restarting itself..... Any thoughts ?

You could try reflashing the stock ROM.

Thanks dude and everybody for giving a solution in needy time..... Yup I went to the software repairing shop and he said the ROM is broken/corrupt and is in need of fixing.... So tomorrow I'm going to repair it....
