Headphones problem. Please help me

Please help me. I am playing music in night and i turn up volume and then music turns off and if i press play it plays in speeker not headphones. Then it connects headphones back and plays in headphones, but if volume is on max or little below it again turns off if i turn volume down then headphones work normal. I am using Gigabyte Gsmart Arty A3 latest update. And that problem was all my phones life in my hand. And i rooted about a week ago and nothing changed still headphones problem. I have done factory resete and my headphones work ideal on other devices. It is annoying.
