My s3 is slow and every few seconds will freeze for a moment or ywo. Why?

Just this week I bought an s3 from textnow. It was working slow, as I said, so I reset it. The problem was fixed for a while, but then It just came back. I tried dummy file generator, and wiping my cache partion. It is not rooted and is running the latest version. It just has a couple of games, and cleanermaster, and a flashlight.

Welcome to Android Central! Get rid of Clean Master--it doesn't really do anything helpful that you can't already do from your System Settings, and some of the stuff it does can actually be counterproductive (i.e., "cleaning RAM"--Android devices don't need RAM to be cleaned). On top of that, some installations have been reported to be associated with adware. I would also uninstall any 3rd party flashlight app, because some of these have been found to be shady or malicious.
