Anyone else having this problem?

[AC Question]

The last update I did on my phone completly took my phone out. I did a factory restart and that helped for a couple of days, but it went back to shutting off on me and and is at the point where it is trying to restart but will not turn on at all. My phone has been out of commission for two days now.
