I have a Galaxy S4 that my son uses and I have turned off mobile data. I checked his phone today and he has over 4GB of "uninstalled apps" that used mobile data. How is that even possible if the mobile data was turned off? It is only connected to Wifi.
Why is "removed apps" still using mobile data when I have disabled mobile data?
