My LG G2 took ages to power up and after it did power up it only stayed on for about a minute.
I sent it off to LG in the UK who said that they couldn't repair it as it has suffered water damage which invalidates the guarantee.
I took it to a local phone repairer who checked the battery and said it was OK. He cleaned the phone but said he couldn't get it to work properly.
So I have a phone which isn't totally dead but eventually powers up for about a minute.
Has anybody got any advice or should I just sell it on EBay for spares?

    Welcome.
    Sounds like it's a goner.
Now you have an excuse to get another device. The one you always wanted.
