My Lg Tribune is stuck in a bootloop, what can I do to fix this?

Lg Tribune stuck in a bootloop

So about 30 minutes ago I restarted my phone off because an app wasnt working and now its stuck in a bootloop and I have no clue what to do, am I going to have to clear it off or can I fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am not sure on your device, but if you can, try a battery pull to see if that helps.
