Why does this question keep re-appearing CONTINUALLY? why is there never single FiX?

I cannot DL this app, as Android tells me, and I quote:
"Error downloading "1Tap Cleaner (Cache, History).". There is insufficient space on the device !

I HAD a 32 GB micro-SD, and first unmounted it. Then I went to "Storage" and hit the "Erase Internal Storage"
The damn system REMOUNTED my 32 GB card and cleared ITS STORAGE also!
Now I am missing most of my installed apps!, including the previously installed "1TapCleaner Pro", which I had bought!
What is this- some kind of sick joke?
To hell with Android- I'll stick with Windows-10 and Linux on my laptop!

And NOW you advise me "Hold on, this is waiting to be approved by PC Advisor"
Goodness! Did I say a bad word? Hell ? Oooh! Naughty!.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm confused--you got some sort of message from Android Central about your question waiting to be approved by PC Advisor? That doesn't sound like it came from AC.

What phone do you have? If you selected the Erase Internal Storage option, then that's going to wipe out installed apps as well. Erasing Internal Storage would not be the correct way to go about freeing up space to install more apps.
