How to reset nexus asus that won't turn on

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you have a Nexus 7--is it the 2012 or 2013 version? Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache this way: http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html
