    I've called boost customer service no help.even tried reactivating my phone.changed my mobile network. Update all systems but nothing.turned my phone off and then back on..I dont know what to try anymore my phone is still in new condition..just frustrated that I'm paying for services Im not able to access....

    The device may be faulty. The warranty should take care of that if so.
