What's wrong with my tablet?

My tablet went crazy. It's been some time since I got it,but I didn't use it that much. I got it on eBay. It's Dual Core L09 and it suddenly shut down. When I try to turn it on it shows my a picture of my battery empty in red color and shuts down again. And it also won't charge. But when I remove the battery and put it back again it turns on showing 0% . I tried getting it into recovery mode and I messed up something but it turned on normally and had 81%. I used it about five minutes and then it fell down to 65%. I was trying to delete some things I didn't need and to fix it but I clicked something and it turned off. Now I can't turn it on even with removing the battery trick. Please help!
