    I try to root my samsung Galaxy s3 but it is stuck on 40% and it says 'waiting for device'
    but left bottom there stands 'connected' so, what should i do, will it break my phone if i close it?

    Leave it overnight. If that doesn't finish, close it. It's probably in the "get the exploit from the server" phase, and can't connect to its home server for some reason. It probably hasn't actually done anything to the phone yet, except read it to know which exploit to use.

    Same isue here, also stuck at 40% with same Phone S3 Neo.
    I ignored the warning and rebooted the Phone.
    Seems ok, normal boot not rooted.
    Considering now to just leave it that way.

    I have a Galaxy s5 and have the same problem. If it is still "waiting for device" after waiting overnight should I expect a timeout? If not should I just close kingo root and unplug the phone and then check root status

    Did you guys get any results from leaving it overnight? Hope someone answers this, I've only waited for about 20 minutes, but if i wont work no matter how long i wait, then I'll try out the Odin-thing
