My SD card removed unexpectedly, won't read.

I bought my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime had a SanDisk MicroSDHC card and it worked for like 4 months and now I got a *SD card removed* I did not remove it and it will not read on this device, my laptop, or home computer. This happened on this device, my Samsung Tab lite tablet, and my grandmother's Samsung phone. All my pictures are lost (as far as I know) along with videos and apps, please help!!!

That happened to my sd card on an S4 recently. After that happened, the sd card became corrupted.

I replaced the sd card and it has been ok so far.

You could try recovering some data via usb card reader.
