What I want to do is put my simm from my carrier in it but when I start it ask what language then select a internet connection then it does system update then goes to Google page and ask for my email then my password then after about 15 sec restarts from internet connection again over and over can not get past this point

Are you able to skip the setup process then go into system settings > accounts > new > Google.

Then asks for email address
