I have been using a Galaxy Note 2 for two and a half years now, and while I do like the phone, I think it's time to get a new one. However, with all the new phones in the market right now, I'm unsure of which one to get. I was recently considering a Note 5, but because in light of the fragile glass back and stylus inserting problem the phone has, I'm beginning to have doubts about the phone. It's because of these reasons that I started considering getting an older model - the Note 4. It is still one hell of a phone (I hope), and the price for it isn't too bad either, given that there will be a price drop (or already is) now that the Note 5 is out. Any suggestions? I'm open to other brands as well, such as Nexus or LG, but I would like to use a phone that has roughly, if not only slightly bigger than my Note 2.

As a side note, and I'm not sure if this matters, I am using AT&T.

    Welcome to the forums!

Does cost matter much? I'm sure it does, but whats the budget you are working with? There are very good phones out that are competitively priced off-contract and some upcoming (Moto Play/Pure). Also, I wouldn't let those two issues deter you from the Note 5. It's a solid device, and those issues are things you as a user need to be mindful of when using the device. it's not necessarily a hardware or design defect.

Cost doesn't matter as much as, say, longevity, because I will be using the device for on a 2 year contract.
