Can I use Bluetooth for speakers but use the my phones internal microphone for phone calls?

Got a new Bluetooth stereo for my car. I don't have a microphone plugged in to the stereo however the phone thinks I have a microphone plugged in (probably because there is an audio input stream independent of there being a microphone).

Can I force my Moto G 2 running Lollipop to use its own internal microphone and possibly also Bluetooth for output?

No, you can run communications internally of through Bluetooth, you can't split it.
