Why does my wifi connection turned gray and my network connection also turned gray?

I've searched anything and tried all things to fix it but none of them works what should I do this drives me crazy ... help me fix this problem...Please my phone is cherry flame 2.0...Please help...

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that the phone's mobile data internet connection (3G/4G) also goes gray? Does this seem be associated with anything you're doing on the phone, or is it pretty random? Does it persist after a reboot?

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

It doesn't work
Its still gray and I can't put my account on Google play store...Is there a virus on my phone?

Considering that your phone is an off-brand device, I'd suspect more that it's a hardware or firmware defect, not a virus. If the phone is pretty new, bring it back to the store and see if you can get a replacement. Otherwise, you could try contacting Cherry's support team: Contact Us | Cherry Mobile
