I have no system . Just the word samsung. can i reload the android programe? can i recover any pictures ? and music . when i hook up to computer 70 gig free . theres nothing . please help me.the phone is not locked

Have you tried starting your phone in Safe mode?

Sorry, but I'm going to point you to a Google Search for starting a S3 in Safe mode. It seems that some methods work, and some don't. I don't know what will work for you, so try some of the methods.
