What is possible as far as how much and how to run my S-4 Google free and operate Android only?

I've just had a horrible experience. Google has really caused me a huge amount of stress and time. Help request submitted yesterday 7pm 4 attempts. 1st attempt I ended up trying convince customer service could not receive Gmail when account unacesseble via google account, still waiting now sunday 10 am. Phone self repeatedly resetting google password itself, pages, loading slow on opera, limited on my posts on xda and other places anytime word google mentioned. Pixels and phone getting worse Talked to rudely and tech support demand for payment or not able to help. No other help available. Want to go full Android, or as much as possible apps, playstore version of Android Google play etc, any alterternatives or anything possible after all this and where to start please? Good knowledge and self taught experience with Android. I'm so shocked and dissapointed.
