What is interrupting AT&T's Official Lollipop ugrade?

I have Android 4.4.2 on AT&T Galaxy Note 3 N900A. AT&T downloads the Lollipop upgrade software completely, installs the software to about 28% and reboots; then reports that installation was interrupted! What might be causing this interruption? This process has been repeated over six times and installation has never completed!

Not sure what is doing that, but if you have an AT&T device center near you or a Best Buy, you can get the update flashes for free. Best Buy has Samsung Counters in the store and they will do the upgrade for free for you.
