Why does Good for Enterprise App stop at Retrieving Settings on Samsung Galaxy S6?

[AC Question]

I added in my credentials from my IT admin. GFE starts up but stops, giving me the option to report it. I've already reported it several times but to no avail.

I own an unlocked S6, with no rooting. Please advise.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried going to the App Manager, selecting GFE, and Clearing Cache/Data?
