what driver do i need from computer to fix my coolpad

[AC Question]

trying to fix frozen phone everything i try nothing worked i think i need software on my computer to help my phone..just dont know what software that is . i have factory reses/hard reset the phone and i cant root cause the phone freezes on the start up screen saying the phones name coolpad then i have to disconect battery / pull cord in rder to get it to turn on again whivh it does then procedes to freeze again and again and again somebody help me please

Welcome to Android Central! I'm afraid there won't be much you can do. Even if you did find the correct firmware to reflash, the phone would have to be rooted first, and you can't do that now if it never boots up. Off-brand devices like this are significantly more likely to have hardware or firmware defects, so unfortunately this isn't too surprising. Sorry!
