Why am I receiving: " Unfortunately, Retrica has stopped " message ?

Every time I try to open Retrica I receive this message: " Unfortunately, Retrica has stopped " !!! Help me, please.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Go to Settings>Apps, select Retrica, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
