S6 Edge spyware???

Hi I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this issue before.
My wife just got the s6 edge and something she has installed must of added spyware or something as everytime she selects messages or what's ap or Facebook a video advert takes over the screen and makes her watch the whole ad before she can do anything. It also does it whenever she calls someone. Have installed and ran avg but it finds no threats. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! That's adware, not spyware. Adware can be installed alongside various apps, because it's not technically illegal. Popular types of apps in Google Play Store can carry adware--most notably games and "memory booster" apps. Uninstall apps one by one until that behavior goes away.
