Iv'e looked at "contacts+" and several other apps that sync and do all that good stuff. But most either work as a cloud or you can't easily edit on a web page.
I basically want an app I can install on several devices if you may that will always keep my contacts in order etc.
    Editing online is much easier!!

Welcome to Android Central! I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly--are you saying that you don't want a cloud solution? Editing online requires them to be in the cloud.

I always recommend people save their contacts to their Google Contacts account. That way, the contacts get synced immediately to your Google cloud, where they are safe in case something happens to the phone. Any new device that you log into will sync contacts immediately. Editing contacts on the web-based Google Contacts is easy.
