    I need my mortorblur account to open my Motorola Bravo. I haven't used this phone for several years. Consumer Cellular no help nor has Motorola helped me. I have been through your site for several hours. I need more help.

    Welcome to Android Central! They can't help you remember your password, and if there were an easy way to bypass the password security, it wouldn't be very secure. I'm afraid you may be out of luck.

    HELP! I can not use my phone for any activity. I have installed according to the directions a new sim card sent to me by Consumer Cellular. I can not type my email and password even if I had a password. It appears I can not even shut the power off. What needs to be done. I want to use this phone now. It is a Motorola Bravo. D

    To force a shutdown, press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds. When it's off, you should probably just do a factory reset using the hardware buttons. See the "Alternate Method" at the bottom of this link: Perform a Master Reset for the Motorola Bravo (MB520) using Android 2.2- AT&T Wireless Support
