guys need help ASAP

So my android tablet has a problem
1.When I turn on the WiFi the screen brightens for a few seconds then the WiFi switch turn off but on the screen it says turning on WiFi

So I think the reasons are
Overheating (playing while charging)
Rooting
Dead space(when I'm playing the brightness turns to the max and when I'm charge and playing when I accidentally pulled the charger the screen flicker like crazy)

I'm using android rooted polaroid executive clavier (4.2.2) mid0880

I'm trying to deadbattery the tab completely and leave it for a couple of days and see if it works

So I tried experimenting today I put the brightness to the max and I was shock on what I saw
Every time my tablet flickers on brightness max I saw white lines as big as my fingers like 4 of them on my screen
Is it my screen or should I just do nothing and let it fix itself

Uhmmm something happened again so I was testing if the WiFi problem was fixed I tried to open WiFi and close it and open it then suddenly screen goes crazy flickering bright to dim

Guys the screen flickering is gone the only one left is when I open the WiFi the screen brightens and flickers

Whatever it is, it sounds bad. A visit to a repair shop for diagnosis may be best.

And it happened a long time since my tab got fixed before because of cracked screen my WiFi become so slow

A friend of mine told me that WiFi card could possibly heated up a wire or something or the screen flickers when WiFi gets interferance

He also said that it might be a part of the screen loosen up because before I had my tab dropped from stairs and caused a bit zigzagish crack
But what is the connection of it on my not turning on WiFi???
