Why isn't my phone charging?

I got my phone a couple months ago... worked fine until 03-09-2015. I went to charge my phone upstairs but when I went to try and charge it nothing happened on my phone. When my phone would be off It would be constantly vibrating every 3 seconds which get really annoying after time. I left it there for a an hour when I went to turn it on, I couldn't. I ejected the charger and my phone came on by its self. But the battery it self drained nearly all the power left in it. I can't blame the charger(s) It worked on my Android tablet.. I believe it's my phone that's the problem. My phone is a SAMSUNG Galaxy S3 Mini. (GT-I8200) If anyone can help me please reply...

Welcome to AC.

It may simply need a new battery, among other possibilities, assuming that the charging port is undamaged, and that there is no water damage.

well, i've got the usb connected now and it says that "Connected as a media device" but not still not charging..

Welcome to the forums. I would try another wall unit and cable.

I've tried many different wall units across the house and 3 different cables and it still doesn't charge..
