I previously had a samsung galaxy note 2. I accidentally broke that and then I got a oneplus one. I want to get a specific app (MusicLab) which should have been on my Google account but isn't for some reason. How can I get this app? If there is no way to solve this, do you know any free music downloading apps?

Assuming you have a google account, you can restore your apps from a previous phone's app install configuration OR using a compatible phone migration app or backup/restore tool.
I personally always set up it up as a new phone, go to the play store and assuming you are logged into your google account in the play store, download the apps that are in "My Apps".

Missed the part of MusicLab wasn't in Playstore. If its not there, and you don't have the apk file, you may be out of luck for that device.
