    Hi
    I just rooted my samsung galaxy s4 via kingroot.
    Now i keep.getting an error message notification

    SE FOR ANDROID HAS BEEN DISABLED.
    once you click on the notification. It reboots the phone.

    The problem.is that it constantly pops up.
    How can I stop this notification from appearing.

    Welcome to the forums. It won't let you do any actions at all? You may have to do a reset in recovery or reflash the stock ROM in order to get up and running again.
