Nexus 5 gets stuck!

My Nexus 5 gets stuck after using it for a little time. And after the time it got stuck it reboots itself and then again it gets stuck on the moving colors logo or when optimizing apps. Please Help.

There may be a software bug. I'd suggest a factory reset - be sure to backup your data and sync accounts before doing so. Let us know if you have any other questions.

I did a factory reset and it didnt Help. I even flashed a new firmware from the google firmware site but it didnt help. Could this be a hardware issue or is there another fix?
