How can I fix "home screen stopped working"?(On Motorola xt918)

I have a rooted android and after some bad configurations this problem started. The android starts normally, but after drawing the password the home screen goes black and pops up the box : "home screen stopped working". I`ve tried wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition unsuccessfully.How to fix this? Can i fix it using the pc?
