Dropped phone, No cracks, LCD or Digitizer ?? ZTE-ZMAX

Dropped my metro ZTE ZMAX in house. screen is half black half white. I can still hear my phone ring or my text tone. I can access my phone by guessing where the buttons are by simple slide left or right but I can't see NOTHING so is it the LCD OR DIGITIZER That needs replace or both and how much does this replace run for in a phone repair shop??
