Camera and micro are occupied

Hello, guys. I have Sony Z2. Today I have discovered a huge problem : i can't use my camera and micro as before. Something is just blocking it! I can't even make a picture or use the micro. The only way i could do it - was to switch on the plane mode. I also checked it with the antivirus but it didn't find anything bad. Help me, please, to solve it. It feels like it sorta virus. Help please to make mu phone alive again. Thanks
