Welcome to Android Central! Which Galaxy phone do you have? What do you mean that the card is deactivated?

Go to Settings>Storage, and scroll down to the SD section. If you see a button that says Unmount, then tap it. Once the system has unmounted the card, you can safey remove the card from the phone. If you don't see an Unmount button, then the card is already unmounted.

Or are you asking how to physically remove the card?
