Paid for music from Google Play Store, but can't find it on my new S5?

I have been charged via PayPal for the purchase, but no music? Help.....!

You paid within the play store app? Never tried paypal for a google purchase. Maybe there is a waiting period while it processes. Did you get confirmation from Google on the purchase? Maybe close the app and check my library again.
