Email gone gmail still working helppp!!!

My EMAIL was working great syncing with my GMAIL till a week ago. Now I cannot get it *EMAIL* to authenticate or even setup.....it just stopped working!!!!! ON my GMAIL which still works; it shows 99+ spam which I can only access through my EMAIL. My EMAIL is not authenticating nor letting me set it up again. All info I'm entering is correct; helppp!!! It just stopped working amd now does not exist I didn't do anything....I need my emails :*( Please help me :*(

How do I show a pic of what I see everytime I try????

Responded on your other (most recent) thread but will do on this one too just in case:

For Authentication failed errors, try an unlock captcha for the Gmail account from a computer - I'm new here and can't yet post links but make a general google search google display unlock captcha and you'll find the link. Also, in gmail, allow access to less secure apps (there was a google help center article somewhere about this, google gmail allow access to less secure apps and you'll find it, from the article there is a link directly to the setting) and try adding it again afterwards. Workaround: Use Gmail app if you have the storage for it.
