Why does my phone only boot into twrp recocery/ no os installed..?

Only boots into twrp recocery/ no os installed....

I seem to have really messed it up this time. I installed twrp recovery and now my phone only books up into twrp. I lost my backup and it says that there is no OS installed. I have a lg exceed 2 I honestly have no idea how to resolve this issue. Oh and I have no access to a PC. I have a friend phone with wifi and a 32G SD card to transfer files... Can anyone help me get my lg up and running again

Hi and welcome to Android Central.

How did you get TWRP onto the phone if you don't have a PC?

It sounds like you have wiped the OS. You will need to find a new ROM for it and flash via TWRP. Hopefully your friend can download one onto an SD card for you and transfer the card into your phone.
