How to revive my M8?

[AC Question]

My M8 is stuck in a kind of bootloop (feels like a soft/hard brick). I can't access my recovery so I tried to flash a new recovery via ADB, but that didn't work either. Any help would be more than appreciated. Thanks.

I was told that there is some kind Of bootloader/fastboot mode on HTC phones, but I don't own one. You could check it out, it will probably help you to get your problem resolved
