I keep getting a 'couldn't sign in' message on my Hudl 2.

AC Question

I've been to the Yahoo mail section and re-input my details. I went onto my laptop and checked that my details for log in etc were correction there too.I know my user and password are correct. I've cleared the cache as someone has previously suggested, yet I keep getting this message. I honestly feel like flinging the device in the bin. Any suggestions for clearing this before I go totally mad?
