Galaxy Note 5 suddenly calling out names of every caller, while it rings

My Galaxy Note 5 started calling out the names of everyone who calls, while its ringing. I've tried everything, looked for talk back function, tried to turn of test-to-speech. I've still not been able to sort this out. i am avoiding doing a factory reset.

Welcome to Android Central! Is there a Driving Mode? If so, turn that off.

Also, go to Settings>Language & Input, and see if there is an option for "Read Notifications Aloud."

One more thing to check is Settings>Accessibility, and look for Voice Assistant.
