Line app profile and contacts hacked? How can that be. How much of a security risk is it?

Hi
I have two Android phones. One an Irish sim, the other a Thai. I have the Line messaging app on both.
Today I have received a new friend contact on both sims which have come as my husbands profile from my contacts. He was standing with me so it wasn't him!
He has never had another number.
I tried to find out who the contact was but they answered in Thai!
So. How can it be if a number wasn't reissued?
Any ideas?
And is it a security risk?
