Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.

I have the Samsung Note 4, when I'm trying to use wifi or access the internet thru google. This message pops up and it's driving me nuts.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen on wi-fi, or also mobile data (3G/4G)? If only wi-fi, does it happen on all networks, or just one?
