Can't upgrade to Lollipop

[AC Question]

I've tried updating a few times, but each time I get an error during the update. After my phone restarts, I get a message saying "there was a problem updating your Moto X." Any ideas?

Do you have sufficient space available for the update, do you have a strong internet connection to download the update, does your phone have enough charge to accept the update?
