I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime .I encrypted my SD card where I store all of my pictures and after I turned my phone completely off and then back on, the files are could not recognized . So I disabled encryption but now my picture and music files are no longer view-able /readable but I can still see the file there but the symbol has a lighten bolt/crack for the photo.
Kindly Give me a solution
