Galaxy note 3, wont turn all the way on..

Ok, so the other day my phone was working good no problems... But i drop it and iy turn off, i tried to turn it back on but all it did was show me that pic of the battery was completely dead... And it turns off, and back on same pic of the battery dead. And it goes off again and again... This only happens when i have the phone plug to the power outlet.... When is not plug, it does not turn at all nothing... Know i dont think is the battery cuzz it had a almost full battery when i drop it... i already replace the power thingy in the phone but still does the same thing!! Help

Welcome to Android Central! It's still worth trying a new or different battery. If that doesn't help, then it's possible the drop loosened a connection somewhere, or worse yet, damaged the motherboard. Bring it to a repair shop to check.
