    Hi All,

I am thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime for my daughter as her first phone. I have been unable to find on the internet anywhere if there is a way of setting up parental controls to restrict her from seeing any inappropriate content, and was wondering if anyone would be able to shed any light?

    Thanks

Great question! I got the same phone for my kids because it had an intro-level price and did all we wanted. But now I cannot find any ways to get parental controls. That seems like corporate irresponsibility, making a product that would be attractive to parents while deliberately excluding the parental controls.

Is there an app we can buy to get these controls? My kids have access to the entire internet, and can easily delete items from their History so parents have no idea where they have been.

You can create a restricted account to restrict access to apps but as you state there's the internet issue. Have a look at this article https://www.androidpit.com/how-to-ma...-safe-for-kids netnanny app looks interesting and I'm sure there will be similar if you look for it in Google Play Store
