I have enabled usb debugging but s4 is not showing for 3rd party apps for back ups?

I have installed a few diff't programs to try for doing back ups for my galaxy s4. They all say I must have usb debugging activated, so I activated developer options, but none of the programs seems to recognize that the usb debugging is activated.

The computer still recognizes the phone and opens a window to transfer files/data.

Using SGH-I337M running Android Version 5.0.1, Kernel 3.4.0-4508315
