I recently damaged my Samsung Galaxy S5 screen and decided to just buy a new phone of the same model. I have all my info/ contacts synced with my Gmail account, but the problem is I've failed to recover the account password.

My question is if it's possible to project & operate my old phone on my laptop? This is just temporary so I can recover the lost data.

Any help would be great! Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! If the data is synced with your Google account, you should be able to find it by going to Google Contacts on your computer's browser. Or are you unable to because you forgot your Google login and password? If so, then go here: https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/
