Help me choose my next device?

Hi all! First time poster, but long time user.

I am about due for a device upgrade and am having search engine overload trying to decide on my next device. Currently still have a Nexus 5.

Below are my strict criteria for a device. While I like speed and the best tech, I understand I must make some sacrifices due to my limitations.

In order of importance:
No Fingerprint Scanner
Best Camera possible in Low Light (sunset color > detail)
Same Size & Weight as current device or smaller
Waterproof

I am flexible on the weight, especially if device is weighted better (Nexus and other devices are top-heavy).

Other considerations (preferences):
Best connectivity possible (prefer Cat6 LTE).
GSM or CDMA?

I have always been a GSM user and ordered phones from all over the world. Considering moving to Verizon fam plan with my S/O bc I am in areas with no TMo coverage a lot.

Recently looking at Verizon and surprised at how little options there are!

I have a few in mind, but looking to see what you experts are thinking! Thanks in advance!
